INTERNATIONAL
A percentage of all profits made by Living Schools are invested into international
sustainable development projects, to support the development of experiential learning paradigms and
living schools all over the world.
In the past, Living Schools has worked with Peace Boat Japan, and in Brazil with two organisations, the Organisation de Permacultura e Arte (OPA) and the Institute de Permacultura e Ecovillas do Cerrado (IPEC), which is featured photographically on this page. We encourage you to have a look at their excellent work in sustainability education.
Living Schools works in partnership with NGO’s already undertaking inspiring projects, particularly projects focusing on urban food production, water sensitive urban design, rainwater harvesting, passively irrigated contour agriculture, soil fertility management and integrated pest management, waste water disposal and reuse and sustainable economic and community
development. We also support projects that facilitate community participation in planning and design for sustainability.
If you would like to donate to this work please contact us. Although we are not a registered charity and your donation is not at this stage tax deductible, you can be assured that the money you invest will be spent directly on our overseas work.
